Purchase & Usage Policy

Cards are digital and do not include printing or physical shipping unless stated otherwise. Preparation starts after payment confirmation, and the card becomes available to save once ready. Processing may take time; follow progress on the order result page or in your account. For gifts, WhatsApp sending starts after preparation, with delivery updates shown when available.

Customization varies by design; the options shown are those available for the card. You are responsible for checking the preview, names, dates, text and all details before paying. The design and details cannot be changed after purchase. Completing a purchase confirms that you have reviewed them and agreed to this policy.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after card preparation begins.

You may download, save, share and gift the final card you purchased for personal, non-commercial use. Intellectual property rights in the original design remain with Cardvity; purchasing a card does not transfer ownership of that design.

Without permission from Cardvity, you may not resell the original design, copy or modify it for distribution as a commercial template, use it to create products for sale, or otherwise exploit it commercially. This restriction does not prevent sharing or gifting the final card for personal use under the preceding clause.

Bespoke invitation design is not currently available to order through the website and is marked as coming soon. Contact us to ask about its status. When available, it may have different terms, pricing and revision policies from ready-made cards.

If a technical issue prevents you from opening or saving your card, or delivering a gift after payment, contact support@cardvity.com so we can review the order and provide appropriate support. Include your order reference, but do not send payment-card details or verification codes.
