كاردفيتي (Cardvity) operates this website. We collect contact and order details, card text you enter, payment and delivery updates, and website usage and device information. For gifts, the sender provides the recipient’s name and number.

We use your data to verify sign-in, prepare and deliver cards, handle payments and support, and protect the website. Without required information, we may be unable to provide the service. Analytics and advertising are optional and require your consent.

We share necessary data with hosting, verification, payment and delivery providers, including Authentica, Moyasar and WhatsApp, or where legally required. We do not store full payment-card details. Google and Meta may process data outside Saudi Arabia.

Gift delivery shares the recipient’s number and card link with WhatsApp. The sender’s name may appear on the card, and anyone with its link can view it. Share it carefully.

Essential cookies support sign-in and security. With your consent, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel use browsing, device and referral data to measure usage and advertising. Google also receives confirmed purchase details, including transaction reference, product, amount and currency. We do not send these tools contact details, card text, recipient details or secret payment data, or send private links to Meta.

Accept covers analytics and marketing; Decline blocks both without affecting purchases. Your choice is saved for up to 180 days and can be changed through Privacy Choices below. Earlier analytics-only consent does not cover marketing. Withdrawal stops future collection but does not automatically delete earlier data.

Retention depends on service needs, order follow-up, support, security and legal requirements. We take measures to protect data. The 180-day period applies only to cookie choices, not deletion of accounts, orders, records or backups. We do not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period.

Subject to applicable law, you can understand how your data is used, request access and a copy, correction, completion, updating or destruction, withdraw consent, and complain to the competent personal data protection authority.
